Air Handlers

DESCRIPTION OF TERMS

*Filter Replacement Program – You can receive a total of 4 sets of filters each year. One set will be provided with each scheduled visit and two additional sets will be available for pickup at our office.

*Condensate Drain Guarantee – Upon completion of your initial Tune-up and your continued enrollment in our maintenance plan, we will keep your condensate drain clog-free at no charge to you.

*Replacement Savings Plan – You will earn an equipment replacement credit for each consecutive year you are one of our maintenance customers. As a Heritage member you earn $200 for the 1st year and $50 each year after for each system on your plan. Our Discovery members earn $100 for the 1st year and $25 each year after for each system. When it’s time for a new system the credit is applied to your replacement quote. We believe your loyalty should pay dividends!

*Waived Diagnostic – As an active Heritage customer you will not be charged a diagnostic fee unless the call is due to owner/tenant neglect.
